You may qualify to sign up during this Special Enrollment Period if:

  • You would like to change your health plan or insurance carrier.
  • You lost your health insurance. 
  • There was a change to your household or family structure:
    • Marriage or divorce
    • Birth or adoption of a child
    • A child turned 26 
    • You changed addresses
  • You became a U.S. citizen.
  • You had a change in Medicaid or CHIP eligibility.
